Chief Hubbard has served in the Texas private security industry since 2017, beginning his career as a licensed Unarmed and Armed Security Officer before expanding into advanced licensure, including Private Investigator and Personal Protection Officer credentials. Since 2023, he has operated as a company owner, providing executive-level oversight, regulatory compliance, and structured operational governance.

Commander M. Haygood

Commander Haygood served in field security operations from 2021 to 2023, advancing through supervisory ranks as a Sergeant before earning promotion to Lieutenant. He later transitioned into executive operational leadership and now oversees the Intelligence Unit and structured enforcement model.

LT. C. Redic

Lieutenant Redic began his career in the security industry in 2018 and has served as a Field Training Officer and Sergeant prior to joining NTPD as Lieutenant. He now oversees Patrol and Guard Operations across Dallas and Tarrant Counties.
